Mar. 16th: Navigating Caregivers Through Difficult Emotions

Anger and guilt are common feelings experienced by family caregivers. While these feelings are normal, caregivers are often very distressed by these difficult emotions. This seminar, led by Adina Segal, Jewish Community Outreach Social Worker at CaringKind, explored how care providers can emotionally support family members of older adults. Though the seminar will focus on families affected by dementia, the strategies discussed can be applied to all caregiving situations.
