Apr. 15: NY Medicaid and Home Care Update, April 2021– presented by Valerie Bogart, Director, Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program at NY LAG (NY Legal Assistance Group)

Valerie Bogart earned her law degree from NYU School of Law. Prior to her current position, Ms. Bogart served as a Senior Attorney at Legal Services NYC and Selfhelp Community Services, Inc. The Evelyn Frank Legal Resources Program was established by Hans Frank to honor the memory of his daughter Evelyn Frank, a passionate legal services lawyer who advocated for access to Medicaid for low-income people in California, and who died at too young an age.
