End of Life Planning Part II – What to do when someone dies

“I have a client who could die alone at home with no family support; what will I need to know?”

Join us for an important and thoughtful discussion on what to expect when a client dies, including a checklist of legal-related items to consider, and options for the disposition of remains. The meeting will include information on green burial practices, and a discussion of the role of community affairs and/or the Medical Examiner’s Office. This session aims to foster awareness, dialogue, and community-centered approaches to end-of-life care.
